It has been proved scientifically, that mindfulness and meditation have a mitigating role on many of the Psychosomatic issues that are plaguing today’s population. No wonder meditation is becoming increasingly popular day-by-day. More people worldwide are discovering the health benefits associated with meditation practices. It is also progressively seen as a way of relaxation and developing concentration.
Having said that, people do complain that it is difficult to focus and maintain a schedule when it comes to self-meditation. That is where, Meditation on the Twin Hearts designed by Master Choa Kok Sui stands out. It is a simple 20 minutes guided meditation and hence makes it easy to practice and follow. In-spite of its simplicity, it is also powerful, as it enhances one’s physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being.
Regular practice of the Meditation on Twin Hearts reinforces the act of internal giving through blessing the Earth and all people. It makes you strong and gives you the ability to be centered within and to become more balanced.

This meditation is called “Twin hearts Meditation” – the twin hearts refer to the heart chakra, the center for the emotional love, and the crown chakra, the center for the Divine love. Meditation on Twin Hearts
(MTH) involves blessing the earth to alleviate the sufferings, and praying for the well-being of the entire world, using one’s heart and crown chakra. When one meditates on these twin hearts, divine energy flows into their crown chakra from where it is distributed to all parts of the body. As they become channels for the flow of spiritual energies, they get activated in the process, and this is one of the best ways to meditate as we put the larger interest before ours. And by blessing the earth and all beings on earth, one is in turn blessed many times. Over a period of time this blessing activates the heart energy center and the Crown energy center regularly, leading to a sense of overall peace, reduced stress, a more proactive stance in interpersonal relationships and many more benefits.
Twin Hearts Meditation is an integral part of the Pranic Healing, but can also be learnt independently by non-pranic healers. Pranic Wellness Centre organized the most popular 21-day meditation challenge from Nov 1 st to Nov21 st 2022.
The participants had identified a goal/wish that they wanted to achieve, wrote it down with their own hands, and put it in the drop box at the centre if possible. The participants did the meditation at their convenient time and updated in a common whatsapp group created for this purpose. After the meditation, each participant blessed all the wishes/goals of the other participants.
Every participant participated with infectious enthusiasm and the group remained active and vibrant all through the day and night as Pranic healers from various parts of the world had actively participated in this event.
